very nice room with good breeze flowing through, good view over beach. Everything worked well including air conditioner. Staff very helpful.

Good location, just over the road from a quiet-ish beach. Plenty of places near-by for a quick bite to eat and a quiet drink. Friendly staff. Close to big-buddha.

They do not have a 24 hour front desk - they close at 22.00. False advertising. The room had an infestation of ants. The curtain rail was broken. The walls were not clean.

Excellent value for money. Excellent, friendly and extremely helpful staff! Brilliant, convenient location for bars, shops, piers and airport... I will definately be staying here again!!!

Hotel is quite nice and clean, all amenities are really close.

We thing is that this hotel located on one of the worst beaches in Thailand. Ko Samui in nice in general, but this Budda Beach is very dirty, bottles in the water and stuff like that. Homeless dogs on the beach it's a regular thing. As well , there is no place for walking on the main street , cars and polluted air.

The accommodation was chosen for its convenience to the airport and from the pier. When I arrived at the accommodation, I was given a room facing a very busy road; I asked to be changed and because there was a spare room I was able to move rooms. Both rooms were very clean, however rooms at the front of the building are very noisy as there is a lot of traffic on the passing road. The second room that I was given was more peaceful and had better tv signal. I would choose this hotel if you are only planning to spend one night there- as it is convenient to the pier (free transfers) and to the airport (250 baht charge) but there isn't much to do around the surrounding area. There are mini-markets and restaurants on the main road but not much else. Also, I went to the beach and it wasn't as bad as made out below! There was lots of visible sand, minimal seaweed and blue seas.....

Its location but there's not much that can be done with that. It is convenient and offers really everything you need for your stay.....Actually, I did email them before I arrived requesting a pier pick up but they didn't get back to me. I emailed them twice, it wasn't until a helpful stranger offered to call them for me til that was arranged- so there could be room for improvement there!

The owner/staff was very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check-in at 7:30 am. Good value for the money.

The room I was given - 201 - was facing the road and was very noisy. Avoid this room if possible.

Perfect place for the price! Spacious rooms, very clean and pretty quiet. No any problems with water or air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful hosts. 5 minutes to the beach by walk. We liked this place and reccomend to stay here.
